What Wagerless is

Wagerless is a protection layer against gambling: device blocking, gambling-spend detection, and alerts to one person you choose. It works on consent — yours — and some protections are deliberately hard to undo quickly (commitments only extend; removal takes 72 hours). That friction is the product, and by using Wagerless you're choosing it.

What Wagerless is not

Your account

Keep your sign-in links and app code private; anyone holding them can act as you. You must be at least 18 to use Wagerless. You may close your account at any time — active commitment windows (like the 72-hour removal delay) still run their course, because that's their entire point.

Your person (the ally)

You choose who supports you, and we screen that choice for your safety. Allies agree to use what they see to support — not to control, threaten, or harm. We may end an ally connection that's being misused.

Liability

Wagerless is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from gambling activity that occurred despite the service, from missed detections, or from decisions made based on alerts. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes and contact

We'll flag meaningful changes to these terms in the product before they take effect. Questions: [email protected].
